What Would You Ask If You Were The Client?
This is such an important question to think about if you are a wedding and event planner. Before sending a proposal or contract to your client from a vendor, take time to thoroughly review it, ask every question you can think of as a planner AND then go through the document or email and think about what questions your client may have.
You never want to just forward a proposal, email or contract from a vendor to your clients without reviewing it and thinking of it from their perspective. This may be the first time your client is planning such a big and expensive event. Their point of reference is much different than yours.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what these questions may be?
Hi Sarah and thank you for your comment. Some of the questions may be related to the pricing such as does it make sense the way a service is quoted. Other questions may be about service charges or taxes when looking at a venue or catering contract.
This is definitely true. Often times I catch tiny omissions, but they are omissions nonetheless. I like to alleviate as much stress as possible.
So true Roxanne. Thank you for the comment!
