Quick Tip: Communicating with Vendors
When we inquire with another event professional to check their availability or pricing for a particular wedding or event, take a minute to respond once they send the information. It can be as simple as “Thank you for sending this over. I will share it with my clients and get back to you if they would like to meet for a consultation or if they choose to book with you.”
Acknowledging receipt of the information and communicating what your next step is will be very helpful for the event professional, especially if you have not worked together before or if they aren’t familiar with your planning process and style.
