You may have the most inspiring vision out there and be more passionate than anyone about making it happen. Yet, your indecisiveness keeps preventing you from being successful.
Lack of decisiveness can show up in the following ways:
- doubting a decision right after you make it
- not taking action because you are afraid of making a mistake
- spending too much time weighing the pros and cons
These things will keep you in unproductive mode for a very long time. Remember when you were a kid and you just kept trying things over and over until you finally learned how to do it? Learning to walk, riding a bike, driving a car…you kept trying and possibly failing until you finally got it right. Once you learned the process correctly, you were successful.
Running an event planning business is the same way. You just keep trying and learning until you get it right. But first, you have to get over the indecisiveness and actually make decisions.

This is soo true! I held back my break through in decor because i was afraid i could not do floral arrangement. My second option was to outsource that aspect to another vendor but i realised it made my cost go way higher .
It took a good faith talking from my sister that i could do it and yes ! When i did try i could sooo do it and beautifully as well. Fear is something we need to hold captive with our everything as it prevents us from reaching goal.
