3 Reasons Experienced Wedding Planners Cannot Afford to Miss the Be Sage Conference
As the founder of Sage Wedding Pros, I started working with wedding professionals on their business strategies in 2009. Over time, I began to see that the little startups that I was guiding in their early years had become powerhouse business owners. {swoooon!} And those powerhouse business owners were facing a whole new level of challenges. Mo money? Mo people? Mo problems!
I love to take on these problems. I wake up at 3am on any given night thinking about how I’m going to get your business in order, your employees on point, your cash flow flowing. It is a BIG passion of mine and one of the reasons I have produced the Be Sage Conferences for 6 years – I LOVE this conference and the results it gets for wedding business owners just like you.
I’ve grown up with SO MANY of you in this industry. It makes me smile.
Be Sage is my love letter of a conference. It’s my way of getting YOU AWESOME business owners in a room together to think, to percolate, to come up with your next big thing.
I’ve seen so many great ideas come from the power of the people… the power of putting you SAGE individuals together. I’ve seen wedding professionals take a sabbatical, launch a new course, begin producing podcasts, expand their business to additional locations, change their business model, earn more money, hire more people (and free up their time). I LOVE to see all of these SAGE people coming up with SAGE ideas.
I wholeheartedly believe in the Be Sage education and our community. I hope you’ll join us next Be Sage Conference on February 3-6, 2020, in Austin, Texas.
I’m very proud of the book we produce in conjunction with every conference. It serves as a springboard for you to begin mapping out your plan for the upcoming year. The book ensures that you’re putting the Be Sage lessons into IMMEDIATE action.
TRUTH: I micromanage the presentations. I want to make sure that every lesson being delivered is something you can implement. At Be Sage, you won’t be sitting through an hour-long memoir by some egomaniac. You’ll be guided through the steps to implement your next project.
Be Sage is limited to 60 attendees. I do some intense matchmaking to assign people to tables where I know they will learn from each other. I may seat you next to a floral designer that is facing the same challenge as you, or a speaker who has the advice to help you get to the next level.
Be Sage is about utilizing the best practices of our peers. And, the people who attend Be Sage are on your level: people with 5+ years of business who are looking define success on their terms.
Will you join me next February 3rd-6th? I hope to see you in Austin! (There’ll be tacos too!)
The Be Sage Conference is one of the best conferences for wedding industry professionals. I was so impressed with the depth of content and relevant takeaways that each speaker provided. There was plenty of time for connecting and relationship building at the many fantastic parties and activities that surrounded the time in sessions. I left Be Sage feeling energized with actionable steps to take my business to the next level AND new friends in the industry. If you are serious about your profession as a wedding planner, sign up for the Be Sage conference, it is worth every penny!
