Now, you can consolidate ALL of those files (including video and audio files) into one, secure, and easy place so you know where to find things every time. Each client has their own folder and each file uploaded has the ability to be shared with their other vendors.

Less email back and forth for everyone…a win-win! In addition, there is a company folder that is meant for internal documents and important items that don’t need to be shared. This is the perfect place for storing files that you use frequently and want easy access to.

3. Google Drive

No matter how much we want an all-in-one system, let’s face it…we are never going to get away from Google Drive. It is arguably the best solution for storing files and folders, collaborating with clients, and accessing things from anywhere! We are THRILLED to announce RPC members can now link their Google Drive to RPC! Seamlessly manage client or company files between Google Drive and your RPC account.
