Career Transitions and Changes {Part 4}

  1. Diana says:

    I cannot believe the timing of finding this article. I have been in business 4 years now. I have hit a road block. Facing whether or not I should stay in business. I have interviewed and sent applications in because I’m sick of not having income. I am blessed to have a wonderfully generously and supportive husband thAt encourages me to stick with what I love. I may not have the perfect process down and maybe not be as well educated in this field, but I sure do love it!!
    Thank you so much for posting this and being so real about your struggles and experiences. I can’t explain but I’m thinking you too have this feeling ,Ike weddings draw you in. Never letting you forget the feelings of producing a wedding, the day filled with many happy moments, the hugs from both clients and their families, the bonds made with amazing vendors. It’s a feeling I never want to stop feeling. I continue to try to find my niche and just what I will do to make it a success. This is a very special line of work that I am so blessed to have experienced. I guess I am not giving up, no regrets. Thanks again…and hugs to you and your future!

  2. Thanks for sharing this series! I’ve just undergone a large business transformation over the past couples months and it’s so refreshing to hear others have had the same personal struggles with the change, and that the outcome can be positive. Thanks for sharing!
